Tim Osborne grew up in Union City, Michigan and was drawn to music and the piano at a very early
age. Throughout his grade school years he played the tuba and piano in several bands and orchestras. He also composed solo
piano music.
After high school he elected to join the Navy and traveled the world. He spent two years in Antarctica where he was a
co-founder and tuba player for the Ross Island Brass, which was the only band of its kind on the continent. He arranged and
composed music for this group. After eleven years in the Navy, Tim decided it was time to settle down and focus on his music.
He moved to Seabeck, Washington where he currently lives with his wife and two kids. Here, he had an opportunity to provide
music for a documentary about the Argentina Wildlife that was released on DVD. His first album, “Soul Nature”, was just
released and he is currently composing music for his second CD.
